DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                          
  • Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign off that each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time as outlined in the Mixing Sheet (Formula Sheet)
  • Operate semi-Automatic mixers - Spiral and Horizontal
  • Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served
  • Keep the line supplied with ingredients while adhering to the pace set by the Supervisor
  • Complete and deliver all batch forms (Formula Sheet) to the Production Supervisor
  • Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary throughout the shift
  • Assist in the training of mixing area helpers and/or assistant mixers
  • Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures
  • Verify that all batches are produced on your shift
  • Performs other duties as required          
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and overtime when required 
  • Capable to perform basic mathematical functions
  • Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written    
  • Must have excellent work and attendance record
  • Must meet the physical demands required for the job which include the ability to lift up to 20kgs
  • Hourly wage will be $17.00
