The position is responsible for ensuring correctness, completeness, inventory monitoring, encoding of transactions and system maintenance for receiving, issuance, disposal of inventory technical parts, ensuring quality of all materials and products and compliance to current good manufacturing practices and operational safety.
  • Ensure on-time receiving and issuing of requested stock items using MAXIMO for inventory items and existing database for non-inventory materials.
  • Monitoring and review of inventory parts movement and other transactions
  • Building meaningful relationship with Canada Bread associates and business partners.
  • Develops and implements monitoring and recording procedures that will effectively reconcile inventory variances with actual on hand.
  •  Prepares bi-monthly report of inventory record accuracy.
  • Develops and implements procedures for the accurate receiving, issuance and proper storage of inventory and non-inventory parts and materials.
  • Ensures accurate and timely encoding of inventory transactions through MAXIMO.
  • Assists in the investigation, analysis and reconciliation of inventory variance and recommends inventory adjustments.
  • Ensures MAXIMO interface with GB spare parts Management processes are aligned Grupo Bimbo standards and helps resolve technical problems.
  • Interface with purchasing on deliveries and shipping matters. 
Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • Graduate of any technical related course
  • 1 year work experience in a manufacturing 
  • Experience in handling inventory stocks items
  • Working knowledge in MAXIMO
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to operate lift truck and any material handling equipment
