POSITION SUMMARY:  

Working as a member of the CBCL Fresh Customer Business Development team, the incumbent will support and co-manage all aspects of daily, weekly and period business objectives. This individual will provide analytical, task and project support to the Customer Business Development team in all aspects of serving the customer while working to grow profitable volume in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a liaison between CBCL and the customer with regard to confirmation of features, (temporary rebate form), Management of Invoices, and other related tasks
  • Provide analytical & strategic support to Customer Business Team, including but not limited to: pricing & feature activity analysis, key performance indicator tracking / dashboards, customer reporting, marketing initiative benchmarking
  • Other ad duties and special projects, as required
  • Participate in cross functional initiatives to ensure adherence to core sales processes, recommend and implement process improvements when identified  
POSITION OUTCOMES:
  • Seen as a go-to support person for all aspects of the business for two customer sales teams
  • Understanding of customer strategy aiding in analysis & fact-based recommendations that drive unit and sales volume growth
  • Able to work and influence cross-functionally to drive external focus within the CBCL Fresh organization
  • Own and lead customer presentations as assigned by the Business Development teams 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • University Degree – Business education preferred 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Customer exposure and experience is a plus
  • Intermediate or Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AC Nielsen and/or Oracle is a plus
