This position is responsible to handle administrative processes for the department including and not limited to: invoicing, payroll and other administrative functions to ensure continuous efficient operation.

  • Create documents for various end-users
  • Various filing
  • Greeting visitors and sign-in policies
  • Accept courier deliveries
  • Mail distribution
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Perform work in a safe and healthy manner
  • Maintain work area to exceed expected levels of cleanliness and orderliness and implement 5 S culture
  • Other duties as described by your Supervisor
  • Intermediate Excel and word knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to manage constantly changing priorities and multitasking
