Hiring Requirements: Reporting to the Leader – Regional Impulse Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals in the achievement of their sales objectives, in their performance as well as in the execution of the strategic plan. Follow-up on the department's various projects
Working with cross functional departments to define best practices
Coordination of sales execution plans tailored for sales team and distributors
Coordinate customer requests from the alternative channels and food service network
Follows up directly with distributors
Participate in the creation of the customer/distributor follow-up dashboard
Direct complete information to the right departments
Analyze and deliver performance follow-ups as required
Collaborate in the development of sales and training tools for the department
Develop and automate internal processes (complaint follow-up, account opening, etc.).
Various administrative tasks as defined by the RISL
Experience & Education
Post-secondary diploma (college and/or university) in an appropriate field (a specialization in sales management and/or administration will be considered an asset) (Note: candidates with equivalent training combined with experience deemed relevant will be considered during the selection process)
At least three (3) years' experience in a similar position in management or sales in a consumer goods sector
Acts with a high level of integrity and treats people with respect
Independent worker, responsible and has a strong sense of personal and professional ethics
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French
Professional knowledge of software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
