Address: St. Lawrence Market, Toronto, ON 

Shift Days & Time: Tuesday (5am to 1pm); Friday (10pm to 7am); Sunday (6am to 1pm)

Hiring Requirements: 

As a Baker at Bimbo Canada, you will be:  

• Operate Attractively arrange baked goods in the display cases and on shelves 

• Make sure displayed baked goods are fresh, and remove any that could have become stale after some time 

• Serves baked goods 

• Perform a variety of duties such as baking, customer service, and cleaning throughout the day. 

• Unload product from delivery trucks into the freezers 

• Always maintain a clean work environment 

• Helping in baking, proofing, and adjusting the temperature of oven when needed 

• Ability to Requires a steady hand and ability to pay attention to details 

• Physically demanding role; must be able to lift up to 40 lbs 

• Must have manual dexterity and be able to stand for extended periods 

• Able to learn basic food handling and safety concepts 

• Must be prepared to work extra hours when required. 

• Must be self-motivated, punctual and reliable 

• Must be able to follow instruction and work independently 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Effective communication skills including, basic reading and writing skills. 

• Experience in handling POS is a plus
