Hiring Requirements: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Compensation Analyst to lead key HR programs, including compensation, relocation, international assignments (tax and immigration), and vehicle program management. This role is integral to managing Merit cycles (in collaboration with performance management), Annual Performance Bonus, Long-Term Incentives, Associate Vehicle Programs, and Organizational Benchmarking, including Structure Analysis. For relocation and international assignments, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will ensure seamless processes, enhancing the associate experience and supporting smooth integration into Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and execute compensation programs, including merit increases and variable pay incentive plans.
Ensure alignment of salary structures and pay policies with company objectives, market trends, and Global GB standards.
Lead market surveys to establish competitive benchmarks, analyzing results to validate salary ranges, variable pay opportunities, and job classifications.
Collaborate with HR and finance to align compensation plans with budgetary constraints and organizational goals.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, summarizing compensation trends and recommendations.
Drive initiatives in pay equity and transparency to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.
Manage relocation and international assignments, balancing Canadian standards with global policies.
Oversee vendor relationships, coordinating with tax consultants, mobility providers, and immigration consultants.
Own and enhance the associate vehicle program, identifying policy improvements and efficiencies.
Provide expert support for compensation-related inquiries, including market adjustments, promotions, and structural changes.
Experience & Education:
Bilingual required (French and English written and oral).
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced knowledge of Canadian compensation trends and practices
Basic knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is a plus, as well as familiarity with tax support and vehicle program administration
High proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred
