Hiring Requirements:
The Operations Analyst ensures accurate and timely reporting of production data, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains systems and documentation to uphold operational efficiency and compliance.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Management: Collect and verify production documents (waste, reconciliation, bake, downtime sheets).
  • Data Reconciliation: Compare WMS, Production Reports, and Bake Sheets for doughs and finished goods; investigate discrepancies.
  • System Updates: Upload production times and BAJA waste to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • ROW Reporting: Generate and distribute daily ROW reports for SEMI and FG; validate data accuracy.
  • Lean Meetings: Lead Tuesday (action items) and Thursday (KPI review) Lean meetings.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Complete weekly reconciliation file; address FG discrepancies with Distribution Supervisor.
  • Work Order Closure: Ensure reports align with ROW before closing work orders; notify stakeholders.
  • Database & Dashboard Updates: Maintain Excel database and refresh Power BI for KPI visibility.
  • Lean Presentation: Update slides (Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance); coordinate with team for additional updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Attend meetings and follow up on projects (e.g., VSM, RCA).
  • Create Period-to-Date ROW reports.
  • Close work orders and initiate inventory processes.
  • Participate in BOM audits; compare BOM/MIPS ingredients with floor formulas and HMI system.
  • Archive and organize reports; prepare new databases and dashboards.
  • Coordinate document storage and archiving with Iron Mountain.
  • Train bakery associates on Oracle Fusion Cloud, MIPS, and PEGA.
  • Revise ingredients in MIPS/PEGA as requested by management.
  • Participate in audits and traceability exercises.
Experience & Education:
  • Preferred post-secondary education and 3 to 5 years’ supply chain or operations experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a definite asset.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Proficient Technology and Computer skills: proficient at Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
