Hiring Requirements:
The Transformation & Sales Optimization team is dedicated to supporting Field Sales through project management, innovation, technology enablement, and continuous improvement across ordering, delivery, selling, merchandising, customer execution, and field productivity. Guided by lean thinking and respect for people, the team connects commercial strategy with field-level execution by developing practical solutions that simplify work, strengthen adoption, and support Bimbo Canada's strategic objectives of business simplification and profitable customer growth. 
The Tools & Technology group is responsible for the design, implementation, evolution, and ongoing support of the digital tools used by Field Sales. The Sales Analyst, Tools & Technology plays a key role in the administration, optimization, enhancement, and adoption of these solutions, including the OTTO web-based ordering platform, Field Sales CRM applications, SharePoint sites, call cycle tools, reporting platforms, automation solutions, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Tool Administration & Support 
  • Execute the ongoing administration of Field Sales tools and systems, including:  
  • Timely updates to user access, customer information, territories, routes, and organizational structures across multiple platforms. 
  • Compilation, validation, and maintenance of data used in recurring imports, exports, integrations, and business processes. 
  • Facilitation of cross-functional requests involving sales tool data, reporting, and system outputs. 
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors on APIs, file transfers, system integrations, scheduled jobs, automated processes, and data exchange requirements. 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot tool-related issues, escalating and coordinating resolution efforts as required. 
  • Provide end-user support for sales tools through email, Microsoft Teams, documentation, and training resources. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation to reflect evolving processes and system functionality. 


Technology, Automation & AI Enablement 
  • Support the ongoing evolution of Field Sales technologies, including CRM and mobile sales applications, ordering platforms, Microsoft 365 solutions, SharePoint, Power Platform, automation tools, reporting capabilities, and vendor-supported systems. 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve business processes, productivity, reporting, and decision-making. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, workflows, and user adoption initiatives. 
  • Evaluate current and emerging technology solutions and vendor offerings to support future business needs and strategic priorities. 

Project Management & Continuous Improvement 
  • Manage assigned technology projects and enhancement initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, stabilization, and adoption. 
  • Gather feedback from field users and stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions. 
  • Promote scalable, reusable, and sustainable solutions that simplify the Field Sales experience while minimizing long-term support complexity. 
  • Participate in business process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and improving user experience. 
  • Support launch planning, hypercare activities, issue triage, and post-implementation stabilization efforts. 

Data & Analytics 
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales tool data, reporting outputs, KPI measurements, and adoption metrics. 
  • Support reporting requirements and data validation activities to ensure business decisions are based on reliable information. 

Experience & Education:
 
  • Experience working with business applications, sales tools, system administration, application support, or technology operations.  
  • Experience managing external software vendors or service providers, including coordination of requirements, testing, issue resolution, and delivery follow-up.  
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and stabilization.  
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related business productivity solutions.  
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and other emerging technologies to improve processes and productivity.  
  • Conversational French would be considered an asset. 
  • Highly process-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to execute complex tasks independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, assess trade-offs, and recommend sustainable solutions.  
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies and support change management initiatives that improve productivity, adoption, and business processes.  
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, conducting testing, and supporting solution implementation.  
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.  
  • High sense of urgency and ownership with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.  
  • Highly proficient in technology adoption, digital transformation, and technology-enabled problem solving.  
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate waste, establish objectives, and execute plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.  
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust priorities as business needs evolve.  
  • Uses data, critical thinking, and sound judgment to solve complex business challenges and support informed decision-making.  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis tools, and business productivity platforms. 



The annual salary range for applicants is: $61,000 - $84,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
