Who are we looking for?
We are currently hiring Shipper (Part-Time/On-Call) at our bakery located at 15021 137 Ave NW, Edmonton AB. The start date will be as soon as possible. Opportunity to transition into a full time role is possible. Starting wage: $20.75/hour

Bimbo Canada is a leading producer and distributor of packaged fresh bread and bakery products with brands such as Dempster’s®, Villaggio®, POM®, Bon Matin®, Ben’s®, Healthy Way® and McGavins®. Dempster’s is the national brand leader and a market leader in the health and well-being segment of bread products in Canada.
- Flexible with working hours
- Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Weekend work is required
- Previous experience in a distribution environment would be an asset
- Ability to work with Distribution picking system effectively
- Candidates must be physically fit as there is bending, twisting, reaching, and some heavy lifting
- Must be able to lift up to of 50lbs repetitively
- Provide own steel toed safety shoes
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required
- Food industry experience is an asset
- Cross-docking experience is an asset
- Experience with PC Data an asset
