Customer & Route Master Data Analyst (Contract)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for stewarding the day-to-day maintenance and management of customer and route master data in Oracle ERP & Commercial Platform systems Works closely with Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivables, Global Shared Service Master Data, and IT teams as a Key user for Customer and route master data ensuring data accuracy & integrity is adhered to at all times by various stakeholders across business units
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for stewarding all customer set up requests (Create/Change/Extend) through the end-to-end process
  • Responsible for stewarding Block/Unblock requests and completing steps in Commercial platform
  • Responsible for managing route assignment, revenue assignment, and return allowances in Commercial platform
  • Responsible for daily customer syncs in the SPA ordering system
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of interface tables, identifying and resolving errors that occur.
  • Work closely with sales, accounts receivable, customer service & order management teams to partner with resolving and maintaining quality data, issue resolution & specific projects
  • Implements and coordinates Data Governance activities (such as data validations and exception reports) across all sites in coordination with SME’s, Key Users, and other Stakeholders. 
  • Perform additional duties & responsibilities as required 


PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

  • University Degree – fields related to Finance or Data Management preferred.
  • Background in Supply Chain, Operations, or Data Management.
  • Consumer packaged goods experience would be an asset
  • Able to effectively communicate across teams at all levels within the Organization,
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute towards business initiatives
  • Considered a power user for PC applications with specific knowledge of ORACLE (ERP systems), Microsoft Excel
  • Individual must be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication
  • High sense of urgency, well organized and able to prioritize effectively
  • Driven individual with strong leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Stay informed of industry standards, best practices, and global trends to proactively enhance competitive advantage
  • The working language of this position is English. Bilingual would be an asset.
