WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone who possesses an eye for detail, is not afraid of physically demanding tasks, and values safety as your number one priority. Our facility operates 24/7, so being flexible and adaptive with an open schedule is vital.
Understands, reads, and executes the production schedule
Coordinate, organize and assign tasks to shapers working on the line
Verify floor batch time to ensure that dough is ready to be shaped
Set and verify the process line control parameters are to standard
Place dough into the machine in a timely manner to ensure the line will run efficiently
Monitor number of batch containers on floor to be processed to assure they do not exceed the line capacity
Accurately records information on production documents, including but not limited to quantity produced and waste sheets
Ensures mechanical line moving parts are functioning as expected. Report malfunctioning or potential mechanical failures to supervisor
Continually communicate with Supervisors, Leads and Oven Leads on dough condition and quantity
Comprehends and adheres to operational and safety features of the makeup line
Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and report any potential contamination and/or violations to a Supervisor immediately
QUALIFICATIONS:
Consistently demonstrate the skill and ability to efficiently run operations lines
Good communication skills and a team player
Good understanding of dough types and varieties
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions

Fast-paced production facility
Warm and humid working environment
Cold environment in freezer section
Physical Requirement:
Repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing, pushing and/or pulling
