Job Title: Mixer Location:271 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke M9W 5B9 Shift: Night Shift (8:00PM – 4:30AM) Sunday to Thursday with overtime on Friday Wage: $21.50/Hour
PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:
Able to overtime as needed
Able to perform basic mathematical functions
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
Excellent work and attendance record
Lifting of products up to 50-100lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign-off to indicate each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time as outlined in the Mixing Sheet (Formula Sheet)
Operate Semi-Automatic mixers – Spiral and Horizontal
Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served
Keep the line supplied with ingredients while adhering to the pace set by the Supervisor
Complete and deliver all batch forms (Formula Sheet) to the Production Supervisor
Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary throughout the shift
Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures
Verify that all batches are produced on your shift
