Wage Rate: $42/ hr (3 weeks vacation)
Location: 808 Logan Ave #1V2, Winnipeg MB
Shift: Any shift (8-10 hours)

Natural Bakery is a family-owned business that has been operating in Winnipeg for over 60 years. We are one of the largest bakeries on the prairies, and our products are distributed throughout Western Canada and Northwest Ontario.
Position Overview:
The successful applicant will possess a strong work ethic and be responsible for maintaining a wide variety of bakery equipment and other mechanical systems. We are looking for an Red Seal Industrial Electrician with mechanical and PLC knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Red Seal Industria Electrician
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- PLC knowledge
- Control knowledge, (VFD’s, Soft Starts, etc.)
- Welding and fabrication skills is an asset
- Natural Bakery is a 24/7 plant, rotating shift work and overtime will be required.
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence and Abstract required.
- Trained in or willingness to be trained for: GMP, WHIMS, First Responders, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance programs for equipment and building repairs.
- Identify and correct any problems found in machines, equipment or processes in order to facilitate production
- Maintain, repair and overhaul of plant production equipment, building and grounds
- Provide quick response to trouble calls by shift supervisors and or operators/technicians.
- Assist Operating Engineers in maintenance of plant utilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and improvements or modifications to production equipment
