Hiring Requirements:
As a Production Associate at Bimbo Canada, you will be:
- Ensuring that any products identified as out of specification are promptly removed from the line and disposed of in the waste bin.
- Cleaning and sanitizing machinery, equipment, and the main processing area to maintain hygiene standards.
- Responsible for collecting waste products from the floor using a broom and other cleaning tools, emptying waste bins by transporting them to the designated waste area, and sanitizing machines with appropriate sanitation tools.
- Rotating through various positions throughout the shift as needed.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Health & Safety Programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices in all aspects of your work.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds as required, and performing tasks that involve standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
